Holiday decorating at our house is officially a thing now. (Here’s Halloween, fall, and Christmas if you missed it.) I was trying to be festive for Valentine’s Day in small and simple ways, all the while avoiding pink as much as possible.
The love wall art is my take on this pin. It was fairly simple and pretty fun to make. Just make sure to hold your spray adhesive far enough from your fabric while spraying. If you look close, you can see a stain below the “e” where the spray kind of globbed a bit and dried funky. Not a big enough deal for me to scrap the project over, so we’re good.
The heart mosaic thing is from this pin. Again, I had glue issues on this project. I used white school glue so of course the card stock that I glued the pieces to warped. Der! So I did scrap this one and made it again using double-sided tape. Worked like a charm.
This lovely windsock was a project that we made together at Jane’s preschool Valentine’s Day party, and the tiny hands (below) are of course the tiny one’s.
Preschool party fun!! Yay!
