Alright, I know this movie is 10 years old, so I’m not going to review it. But Zoolander happens to be back in the news, and I couldn’t be more excited (this is one of the movies we watch over and over [I promise to share the full list with you soon]). Chris emailed me an article this week with details of Zoolander 2!!!

Not only is this movie ridiculously funny, it’s also a bit sentimental to me. It was one of the DVD’s we brought along on our honeymoon. Every time I watch it, it makes me think of the Moon Palace in Cancun, Mexico. For the longest time after we got back, I couldn’t watch this movie because it made me too sad. We had such a great time there, and I was sad when we had to leave (is that pathetic or what?!!).

So last night when we were up late because of the tornado warnings, I suggested we watch a movie since the dish was out. And what movie do you suppose I chose?? Duh! I had Zoolander on the brain!

For those of you who haven’t seen it (or haven’t seen it in awhile), here are a few of my favorite sets from the movie.

Have any of you ever gotten sentimental about a movie for a really strange reason?

Can’t think of when I’ve ever really got sentimental over a movie for a strange reason but I’ll ponder upon it.
I love Zoolander – I can’t help but watch it when it’s on tv. There’s supposed to be a sequel next year – hope they don’t ruin it for me.
